I'm not English and I was delighted USA topped the group ahead of them. I just don't see why they're buying him. He isn't good enough to have been a regular last season. They should keep the money and put it to the James Milner transfer

They should keep the money and put it to the James Milner transfer I thought he fit in quite well with Everton's style, don't know enough about Mancity. Juergen Klinsmann is a huge fan of his and hopefully the two will work together at some point...

Man City have enough strikers, all of which have big egos, too. Pointless transfer, really.

Are Man City just planning on signing every player they fancy regardless of whether or not they will fit into the team or be happy not playing every week? Donovan isn't anywhere as good a player as Belamy for example IMO. Pointless signing.

Someone obviously forgot to tell Citeh about the 25 player limit that's coming in this season.
