A new documentary celebrating 18 years of Oasis through the eyes of the fans is searching for fans who have experiences that have come to define their relationship with a specific song, gig, or period in the bands career. The idea is to revisit key points from the last 18 years and connect them with significant events in fans lives, from marriage proposals, holidays of a lifetime, life changing moments… If you have a story you think might make a nice piece of film, get in touch with Pulse Films sending details to oasis@pulsefilms.co.uk

Dont want to be on the telly but registered just to say the following about Oasis.
My taste in Music is very broad
At the age of 37 nearly 3 years ago I had a fairly hefty battle with cancer
There was a lot of pain and a lot of wacky drugs both of which seriously heighten your sensitivity
I searched through all of my favourite music for solace, self pity, hope, something to make laugh and something to give me strength
"Stop crying your heart out" without doubt is one of the reasons I am still here. When I hear it now I am still utterly blown away.
I wonder whether these boys know just how insightful their lyrics are.
And on that big question of the Beatles; they may have been greater "innovators" etc but that is the wrong comparison. Beatles music could never penetrate emotionally to this depth. Beatles were in a sense limited by their place in evolution a twee band breaking through into the permissive age at best they started to have a peace/political message at the end of their careers.
Whereas Oasis get hold of the stuff of life by the scruff of the neck
Trust me I've done the right experiment
Thanks for reading been meaning to get around to that for a while
