The US better not get the shaft on this. I guess I'll have to go with the Japanese version to get an NTSC DVD.

well it's possible that they havent agreed a deal for US distribution
i think the deal for DOYS may have been a one album deal, and obviously they used 2-3 record companies to release it there whilst it still being on Big Brother

So, where is the cheapest place to order the Japanese version for those of us here in the States? Amazon has it for $84.00. And the DVD footage in the Japanese edition will play on DVD players here in the States, correct? Thanks guys.

I think the DVD may be Region 2 though which doesn't work in the US. (I know the Japanese DOYS DVD is Region 2)

To pre-order the collection in Inet, it says the DVD is NTSC encoded. But does anyone know the Region? I live in the US, so NTSC is great, but if it is Region 2 it still won't play. Since they didn't list the Region are we lead to assume it is Region 0?

Have ordered the 3CD+DVD Box set. Looks nice. BUT why the fuck isn't the iTunes gig on a DVD?! And the dvd that comes with the box, with all the videos is in NTSC-format! Why! We have PAL here in Sweden. Nah, I'm a bit disappointed now.
