Do It Yourself by The Seahorses. It wasn't as good as I remember. Still liked it though.

X Morbid Angel - Domination Keep in mind this is the same MA who did Radikult. Had a listen to this today. Liked it. Probably preferred Blessed Are The Sick or Altars Of Madness though. I also tried some Death: Scream Bloody Gore and Leprosy. Think Leprosy was probably my favourite out of all the death metal albums I tried today. And finally some Bolt Thrower, Realm of Chaos. That Warhammer artwork just sucked me in 😂 I now recall a friend trying to get me into death metal decades ago with cannibal corpse. The horror artwork and grunty vocals were too much for me back then, but I liked everything I listened to today. I used to hate growled vocals, but Spotify’s real time lyrics thing is great for deciphering them. X

The covers are indistinguishably horrible 😅 X

It almost hurts to admit it, but I just realized from listening to Nevermind for the first time in a few years that I don't love Nirvana as much as I did, or thought I did. The production bothers me even more now, as does the chorus to In Bloom and verses of Breed. The second half works better for me(Territorial Pissings, hell yeah), but it's so obvious to me that In Utero is the way better album.

Alligator - The National
Still so brilliant. I'm happy for them that the world finally found them with High Violet. They had to go through a long way and they deserve it more than anyone else. Though Alligator and Boxer remain their best work to me and High Violet was/is their peak.
Looking forward to seeing them again in September.
