Really tough call, and this should show the HC defenders that DOYS is better
BIU is a very strong opener, TT is akin to GLIO and the solo is so fucking good, TSOLT is amazing, FD is lyrically awesome, WFTR is one of Noel's best songs of the decade, IOT is solid, TBWTL is great live
To me it's between BIU, TT, WFTR, and TSOTL
DOYS is fucking amazing. The more I think about it, the more it edges out BHN for their 3rd best album.....
Haven't voted yet.

The Turning every single bit of that song is brilliant. From the keyboard led verses, to the guitar ripping chorus, to a nice little solo, to Noel's backing part to the Dear Prudence like outro. Its easily in my top 25 favorite Oasis songs. It may not be anthemic like Live Forever or as rockin as Morning Glory but its the perfect blend of the 90s classic Oasis with the newer Oasis sound.

"The Turning" is great.
My pick would have to be either "I'm Outta Time" or "Falling Down".

The Shock Of The Lighting...........DOYS as an album doesnt seem to age well for me. I like TSOTL but besides that I couldnt be bothered with it. The last 3 tracks are weak, BIU and TT are not anything special, the accoustic version of WFTR is better than whats on the album, IOT i thought was epic when i first heard it but now I dont like it all that much, its lyrics are terrible, Falling Down....I dont know why so many ppl like this song. TBWTL is a cool tune. DOYS is prob Oasis' worst album.......IMO

It's a really hard choice... The Turning is probably my favourite, but Bag It Up, Falling Down and I'm Outta Time come along. Oh, and Shock Of The Lightning.

not only is 'falling down' the best off d.o.y.s. , it's also one of the best songs noel's ever written, i.m.o. .

Shame the whole album didn't follow this pattern. Mind you, my only gripe about the song is Dave Sardy' production. Talk about lazy, uninspired production that is.

Falling Down. The best song Noel has written in past years. I also love those Falling Down remixes.

Well, I love The Shock of the Lightning. That song's what Oasis is all about. But I have to say that Waiting For The Rapture is one of the best songs Noel has written in a while. It's my personal favorite.

Shame the whole album didn't follow this pattern. His most mature work to date was a song with lyrics that include "I cried the tears the fill the ocean wide" and "falling down is all that I've ever known"? I mean, definitely a good song but it's perhaps the most hyped Oasis song of all time. As for my vote.... I hit up TSOTL, but Bag It Up and WFTR were sooo close

It's the deepest song on Dig Out Your Soul. Fantastic song.
