one of the most under rated songwriters of our generation. His albums are pure brilliance. Excellent voice too. Anyone else love this guy?

He is the real deal. I'm glad someone mentioned him. I bought the new album but it haven't really got a proper listen to it yet. When I tell people about him I say he is part Sinatra, Orbison, and Cash.

Got in to him after I heard him collaborate with Elbow on their track 'The Fix'. Brilliant voice, brilliant artist.
True story in that he auditioned for the role as guitar player in Morrissey's backing band way back but got rejected.

I don't know aything about him, but loved what he played with Arctic Monkeys a couple of years ago.

I don't know aything about him, but loved what he played with Arctic Monkeys a couple of years ago. Best version of this classic song. I see Turner turning into a Hawley Crooner when he hit's his late 40's. Hawley's greatest work is still Cole Corner for me, classic from start to finish.
