I thought this could have been it... it wasn't. I must say, though: CRAIG BELLAMY = GOD. What an AMAZING performance, brilliant goals.
City were very unfortunate...'96 minutes? It was supposed to end at '94! I guess the team of the people has to lose. It was a good match though.

I ended up watching online and after we'd sent everybody up and it was cleared, I was like 'FFS' then, my stream leaped to the 96th minute and the image of Owen celebrating. I could not believe it! Massive shock tho' lol, was thinking 'Well, that's it, 4 mi-' *2 MINUTE QUANTUM LEAP* GOAAAAAAAAAAAALLLLLLL

fantastic game watching it from the outside. very electrifying. United played better but I'm appalled at the outcome. 4 minutes extra was already an exaggeration. on the 5th one I was thinking "WTF is up with his referee? are they playing until Man U wins?" as a matter of fact they were btw, great game for Tevez, I'm happy for him. I wish he would have scored just to see his celebration and the faces on the United side ;D

Brilliant - I hope this brings Man City tumbling back down to earth. And Michael Owen? Well, it seemed like I was the only one who thought he was still a decent player, and he goes and scores the crucial goal.
I'm no fan of any of the Manchester clubs, but credit to Man Utd because they're the ones who are not ruining football.

6 mins added time? Fucking joke, more of OT magic injury time. Foster is shit by the way.
And why was it that useless vagina that scored?

I can't wait from that little vagina to come to Anfield.
Only silver lining is I have United in todays acca.

Predictable to see that classic excuse rearing its ugly head again. I should point out that City also had six minutes of injury time in which to score a goal. And that perhaps the referee hadn't accounted for City's goal celebrations when he instructed the fourth official to indicate four minutes of injury time.
Sorry, a minimum of four minutes.
So what's the crack with the part-time City supporters on here? I mean, team of the people? What the fuck is that all about?

quality game we deserved to win, loving the 96 minutes as well great ref. if it were city that scored you would of all been making excuses to why it lasted that long. city played shite anyway in that second half, that 3rd goal they scored was a shambles by ferdinand. Im loving all those part time city fans that have stumbled out of the woodwork around manchester, all crawling back in now.

what's wrong with simpathizing with a team from the outside? you ManU fans are so full of yourselves, you remind me of Boca and River fans. you think you're team is the absolute best and just can't understand how someone that's not from the country can support someone else. and what's with you all being the victims? tehy played til you scored, that's appalling if it bothers you that much, then I'm gonna be a "full-time" City supporter now.

you think you're team is the absolute best and just can't understand how someone that's not from the country can support someone else. What I don't understand is how you can claim to be 'appalled' by the result of a game in which you have no vested interest, particularly when you admit freely that United were the better of the two sides. And though you and others can make excuses about injury time - which I believe I've already answered - until you turn blue in the face, the truth is that City would have been lucky to walk away from Old Trafford with a point to begin with. To be frank, I really don't give a toss who you choose to support. Just don't come on here and knock my club like some embittened diehard when - to you - today's result is incidental, and worth next to fuck all. In short, you're not a City fan. So don't act like one. And who the fuck is playing the victim?

Throughout the extra 2 mins of injury time, we were on the attack and looked like scoring. I'm no ref or anything, but doesn't that mean the match cannot end until they've cleared the ball or we've stopped attacking/posing a threat to there goal? Always seemed like it whenever something like this has happened before.
I've seen instances when the ref's blown a good 30 seconds early. THAT's injustice. ANYTHING could of happened in that 30 seconds, however much after but it didn't, cos' the ref blew early.

Atkinson stated after the game that he felt Bellamy and City's goal celebrations were 'excessive', and added time on that basis. I don't think there are any rules according to the position of the ball. Referees just have a tendency to allow play to continue as long as one team is on the attack.

Missed Bellamy near enough slap a fan. Was that during his celebration? No, some dickhead ran onto the pitch after Owen scored and started giving him stick. Fair play to Bellamy for giving him a clip round the earhole.

From watching MOTD2, it seems Bellamy went out of his way to confront the fan, and not the other way around.
Still think he was right though.

Absolutely fantastic game of football, and extremely funny to see a man heavily involved in Man Utd's 92-93 season moaning about too much time being added on at Old Trafford. ;D
