I have some DVD's which only have VOB files without bup & ifo files. For myself it's no problem at all to burn them as data DVD's. I can play them on my DVD player, but for my friend who can't play them on his DVD player, I need to burn them as a Video DVD (not data DVD) cos I can't burn a VCD or a DVD from Avi/Mpeg with Nero I have now.

So does anyone knows how to create bup and ifo files to make a DVD? Anyone who can give me a good advice, any help will be appreciated. Thanks in advance.
