I know most will vote Henry, but I think that's down to the ignorance of Arshavin. Hell, even I'm tempted to vote Henry here - he was the best player to ever grace Highbury and the Emirates. But Myles Palmer, a respectable journalist who has interview Wenger, written a book on him, has some inside know about of the club, and basically alround credible thinks otherwise here: www.arsenalnewsreview.co.uk/index.php?mact=News,cntnt01,detail,0&cntnt01articleid=1351&cntnt01returnid=42 He says: "Yes, Arshavin is better than Henry" See, to me, the 2 players are incomparable. Arshavin reminds me of Bergkamp very much so. Bergkamp had a different style than Henry, and thus Arshavin, imo, has a different stlye than Henry. That's why I included the 'incomparable' option. Either way, Arshavin is world class, it's a shame he's up there in age, but hopefully can give us 3-5 quality seasons. He really made a difference since joining us. BTW Wenger is a fucking mug for not playing him in the FA Cup against Chelsea - the next week he scores 4 against Liverpool. Wenger is great, but he NEVER picks the right squad (like Noel NEVER picks the right Oasis tracklists).

I've got that Myles Palmer biography - it's alright, but it's not got anything much in terms of learning something more about the man.
The biography of him by some French dude is much superior.
If you want an in depth read about Arsenal and Arsene Wenger, I'd go with The Glorious Game by Alex Quinn and Kevin Whitcher.
It's outdated - it only goes up till 2004, but it gives you a lot of insight in to the club.

Yup, I already have both - The Professor by Palmer and The Glorious Game by Alex Flynn I do like The Glorious Game more but it seems like such a childish book to read, it just too simple of a read really for adults but does provide some good insight into modern-day (2004) Arsenal

The only criticism I have with The Glorious Game and the Myles Palmer biography is that it wastes some time describing matches and players I already know inside out, but he interviews and facts are very interesting. My favourite Arsenal book is the one written by Martin Tyler - The Official History Of Arsenal. I'm a sucker for all things historical, and it has some great pictures of the old 1930s Chapman era Arsenal.

You should pick up Arsenal Stadium History by Brian Glanville - in depth look at Highbury history with great pictures

I just looked down the list on the first page of this section, and I dominate it. Just a little bit sad on my part
