If we were to get rid of any defenders it should be either Mikael "I'm a Man Utd reject but somehow good enough for Arsenal" Silvestre, or Phillppe "I'm slightly better than Cygan but just as bald" Senderos, or William "I can never keep my mouth shut cos I'm a French vagina" Gallas, but it should never never never be King Kolo who gets the flog. He's Mr. Arsenal, a title I think he deserves to take from TA6. And it's a travesty that he was never given the captains armband, too. Long live the King |

Long live the King The thing that pisses me off with Toure was that he handed in a bleedin transfer request in January because he wanted to join Manchester City. Why? He may not be winning trophies with Arsenal but they're sure as hell more likely to than Man City any time soon. He wanted it purely for the money - another disillusioned idiot who's out of touch with the real world. In fact, Man City sum up everything that is wrong with football. If he goes, he goes for a hell of a lot of money - I'm sick to death with all these idiots at Arsenal at the moment - half of them can't be arsed. Oh how I pray for the days of Tony Adams and the like. |

I don't care how solid Gallas is, his personality is shocking and he's a detriment to the team morale. Toure is one of the most committed, loyal, and passionate member of this team and he still has a good 4-5 years left at the top level. Would be a mistake to ship him off. |

Mr Arsenal - feck off. Kolo has been well below his best for the last 2 seasons. Do I hope he comes back as good as he was before? You bet I do. But it's up to him to prove it, not have a fucking cry cos Gallas said some nasty things to him in training and hand in transfer requests. "Mr [INSERT CLUB]" should not hand in transfer requests (here's looking at you, JT - whatcha gonna do??!?)

Agree completely with what you are saying - he actually only looks quality with a world class player beside him. Not since the days of Sol Campbell has he looked as good. It's stupid and petty to hand in a transfer request simply because you don't like one of the players. Grow up for goodness sake - you're a professional footballer so act maturely. It's simple - money attracts the douchebags in football (which is practically 99.9% of all footballers). |
