I know alot of people here like U2 so i thought this might be interesting. For those of you who think: "I hate Bono, hes a dickhead because he decided to get off his ass and do something for the world, unlike some people...  " or "U2 are shit, U2 are shit, U2 are shit" Your important opinions have been undertaken. No need to say it. I'm not a big U2 fan as such because sometimes they get on my tits but they do have the odd great song or album.
The new album is chronic though. ATYCLB get's my vote. AB and HTDAAB closely behind.

Love U2 - one of my favourite bands. It's a hard choice, but the grittiness of War gets my vote. Absolutely fantastic album, and New Year's Day remains one of my favourite songs of all time.

I love Achtung Baby, The Joshua Tree and War. All That You Can't Leave Behind and Boy are great too. Achtung Baby is my favorite

Jousha Tree then War both brilliant. AT is a bit over rated. and there newest is rather disappointing.

Right up there with the Beatles Sgt Pepper!! NO just NO I love Achtung Baby but Sgt. Pepper's is something else. It's something I tend to forget cos I don't listen to it very often these days. But when I actually listen to it it's clear why it's earned its place in popular music |

NLOTH isn't that bad - I like it. It's got a few duff tracks, but overall, I think it's their most mature work out of their last 3 albums.
