Hmm. It's alright to release MPs expenses claims, but not alright to release information regarding Hillsbrough. Is it really that hard? Not only does the government stink of corruption, it lacks any sense of dignity and respect by not giving the victims families what they want. I'm not just talking Labour here, the previous Tory government did the same, and I'm not expecting any difference from the next government.
Is this really the way to treat the victims? I don't think so.

the previous Tory government did the same, the FOI act was not around then Yes, I realise that, but they failed to hold an enquiry right after the disaster, hence the reason why they're not much better. Those Tory toffs thought shifting the blame on innocent working class football fans would solve the problem.

what has that got to do with MPs expenses claims? What i'm saying is when everyone wants explanations over expenses, we get it. When its Hillsbrough, the govt consistently turn a blind eye.

We still need an enquiry held concerning Hillsbrough. Fucking hell, lesser events have had enquiries. It's a bloody disgrace.

Fans set for Hillsborough marchThousands of people will march through London to demand further investigation into the deaths of 96 Liverpool fans in the Hillsborough disaster. The March4Justice group will deliver a petition containing more than 30,000 names to Downing Street. It calls for a police investigation into the events of 15 April 1989, along with the release of some 300 boxes of information about the disaster. The 96 died during Liverpool's FA Cup semi-final with Nottingham Forest. Campaigners hope for about 5,000 people to join the march from Temple Place East at 1400 BST. The marchers will call for a police investigation to see if criminal proceedings should be launched in relation to the tragedy. They also want a new investigation to recognise that not all the victims died by 1515 BST - which was the cut-off time imposed during the original inquest into the deaths. news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/england/8110552.stm
