Seriously, I'm quite superstitious, and I believe it's Fabio Capello's destiny to win the World Cup with the biggest underachievers in footballing history. That and also the reason he is a fabulous coach and the England team seem to be doing nothing wrong at the moment, is why I've got a sneaky feeling about them next year.
And before you say I'm just a deluded Englishman, I'm going to have to shock you and tell you all I'm SCOTTISH - so it's proof I'm not being biased. It's not who I want to win, but who I think might win. I don't want England to win, I want Scotland to win... that's if they don't fuck up again in the qualifying.

I agree that England might have a chance though if they can keep their current form up, but a lot can change in a year, they are gonna need a fit and on-form Rooney and Gerrard to even have a chance IMO. |

Well, George Burley isn't good enough - it would be great if we could get a top quality manager who won't bugger off to some club halfway through a contract. USA could reach the 1/4 finals or Semi Finals. Im serious! They have a decent team. Brazil, Argentina, Germany, Holland, Spain and Italy will all be favourites. England will be the ultimate winners......  3-1 in extra time against France. ;D |

I think he'll be one of the favourites for the Man United job when Fergie eventually retires. |

Maradona is an awful manager - someone's going to tank them badly and it'll typically be either arch rivals Brazil or England - I can just see it now, an absolute disaster. |
