Anyone watching this fight tomorrow night? Really hoped that the Gallaghers would come to this fight like last year and carry the belt, but they're in S. America now.

yeh im getn it ppv and got a couple of mates coming over.
i got 50nzd on hatton i herd ricky say that noel and liam will try to be their if possible but i doubt it is really.
im feeling somewhat confident ricky can pull it off as long as he doesnt get hit more than he has to like in the lazcano fight. and i mean mannys win over oscar was amplified by the state oscar was in with the weight etc so im like 55% confident on hatton haha.

I honestly did not expect the fight to last that short, I was thinking it would go up to at least Round 10. Manny is a monster, he battered Ricky silly.
I actually wanted Ricky to win, but I wasn't betting on it. After watching the De La Hoya fight, Manny seemed unstoppable. I wonder when his streak will end, not soon from the looks of it.

Manny Pacquiao is fucking outrageously quick and amazingly powerful for his size. I'm hoping to see him fight Mayweather Jr

yeh you know what hatton was up against it from the start and to have problems in camp etc only made t worse i herd floyd either got fired this morning or turned up like 30 mins b4 the fight and that he consistently turned up late to training sessions, now i agree ricky takes the blame because hes the fighter but this crap didnt help, maybe he shoulda just stayed with billy graham atleast he really cared about ricky and not just his pay check. also i am looking forward to manny knocking floyd jr out thats if floyd doesnt dodge the fight like he has so many other,
rant over.

Serves him right for doing what he did to Billy Graham.

I honestly did not expect the fight to last that short, I was thinking it would go up to at least Round 10. Manny is a monster, he battered Ricky silly. Me neither, I was amazed at the power of his punches, yet again Freddy Roach called it exactly right. It might be that over the next 18 months/2 years Manny's going to show he's operating at a level way above anyone else, including Floyd Jnr, and he was just way, way too good for Ricky. Hatton should walk away from boxing now, and he can do it with head held high. His win over Tszyu was won of the greatest British wins I've seen, and he dominated his division for a long time. Also, when a lot of other fighters would have used their popularity in Britain to keep fighting average or above average fighters over here and picking up large paychecks, Hatton moved out of his comfort zone and challenged himself against the best in the world in the US. In the end he's come up short at the highest level, but he should be commended for pushing his talent as far as it could go.

Mayweather v. Pacquiao would probably have the biggest gate of all time. That would be amazing. Hey both guys destroyed Hatton and De La Hoya. Simple selling line, "Mayweather v. Pacquiao, who's the best fighter in the world?" I'd shell out $50 bucks to watch it on ppv.

i watched the whole ppv again and to be honest what was ricky thinking he didnt even try to set anything up didnt use the jab and loaded up with the left everytime he threw, this should sound crazy but ricky really didnt use any ring i/q at all well not that of a 12 year pro.
i think if he wants 1 more fight he should listen to whoever trains him and fight witter if he wins the vacant wba? title and try to go out with some more dignity than being destroyed.
