Gem for me. He just seems like such a genuinely cool, mellow, down to earth guy. And when he feels the music when he plays? Ace. (Best memory of seeing him on youtube/dvd/whatever is the end of Lyla at Manchester 2005, looks so damn cool). A real asset to the band.

Gem's cool and I would vote for him but I see no love for Sharrock who is awesome. I hope he stays with them for a long time and I can't wait to hear him on an album. He's full of energy and suits the oasis style so well...

I can't pick one - gotta say that Gem is the most technically skilled and the best musician, so I'm voting for him.
However, I think that Tony, Alan, Guigs, and Bonehead are all fucking awesome guys and were right for Oasis 100 per cent (for the time they remained with the band)
All I can say is that I don't really like Andy all that much, nor do I like Starkey (not right for the band)

Andy Bell.
Although I am quite disappointed by his songs in Oasis, his efforts in RIDE have earned him top spot for me. Amazing, amazing musician. IMO, he is the best guitarist in Oasis.

Alan. i'm a drummer and the guy inspired me to play. And just seemed like a legit kinda guy.Of course Gem and Andy aren't far behind. Both have written some solid songs (TUTS, Eyeball tickler, KTDA, TBWTL) and i love seeing them interviewed. Sharrock is a fucking beast though. A joy to watch and is very skilled. Zak i like but he never quite fitted in. Guigsy, Bonehead were both cool guys from what i've read of them in books. Tony seemed alright he just couldn't play plus taking them to court those years ago lost him points.
