Girl in the Dirty Shirt is another nice listen out-of-phase... it mutes the vocals (leaving them only faintly audible) and highlights the lead guitar parts in the chorus. Don't Go Away as well - vocal is reduced in level, leaving just the added reverb. The drums and bass are muted, leaving the acoustic guitar, strings, trumpet, and keyboard parts highlighted.
Tried to attach a clip of the above to this post but for some reason it didn't work. I'll try and add some more clips tomorrow.

Noel has a really bad lisp on The Masterplan. Especially on the bit "the answers in the looking glasthhh". Always wondered about what happened there.

I've heard him lisp more often. Maybe it had something to do with his teeth. I mean, they looked pretty horrible and he only got them done in '96 I think.

Are there instances on any other songs where he does this? I just wonder why they left it in the mix. I love The Masterplan, but that part always jolts me out of the moment.

I can't remember where I heard it before. Might have been an albumtrack or B-side, might have been a performance, might even have been an interview. I have definitely heard him lisping before.

I always thought it was because of his teeth - he did get them fixed/capped however he also lisps on One Way Road which was recorded after he got his teeth done...

If you bring down the guitar mix at 1:32 on DYKWIM and filter out the bass and drums you can hear Guigsy rip one out!!

'I Hope, I Think, I Know' and 'I Will Believe' have the exact same opening! Surely somebody has pointed this out before?

Noel uses the IHITIK riff several times, with only slight variations, i cant think which, but i remember hearing it in different songs.
Be Here Now - yesterday i heard footsteps for the first time, that might just be me.
AATW (Reprise) - i heard something about the Beatles at the end
Gas Panic! - can we have a little harmonica please - in the solo
The Masterplan - when Octopus's Garden is heard at the end, i really don't hear noels voice at all, it seems high and nasal . Its not Liam, i dont think its noel, so i dunno.
Let There Be Love - noel aings the first two words. I'm sure of it!
TSOTL - backwards singing in outro
These may have been noticed before, and i haven't taken the time to go thru all the pages and see if these have been mentioned.
Some may seem obvious to other people, but these are things that sprung up on me quite recently

Gas Panic! - can we have a little harmonica please - in the solo I always thought he said "Turn the harmonica up", but you could be right. The Masterplan - when Octopus's Garden is heard at the end, i really don't hear noels voice at all, it seems high and nasal . Its not Liam, i dont think its noel, so i dunno. I'm fairly certain it's Noel, but it's unclear if there's a second person there too. Who is counting in the song for him at the beginning? If there is a second person singing Octopus's Garden, it's mostly likely him. Let There Be Love - noel aings the first two words. I'm sure of it! If you mean "One, two...", then yes. If you mean "Who kicked...", then no. It's clearly Liam. TSOTL - backwards singing in outro This you are right about. It's actually a clip of Champagne Supernova played backwards.

There are a lot of isolated vocal clips on Youtube, maybe that could clear things ip for you.

Regarding the Let There Be Love opening line dispute, I really can't hear Noel's voice at all even when I try. I'm certain its pure Liam.

Here's a real ruiner The 'Go Let It Out' Demo. Can anyone else hear what sounds like someone furiously masterbating at 3:30??? Luckily for you guys it doesn't feature on the actual track (unless I've missed it). Never going to listen to it the same again

I answered my own question from earlier in this thread by doing some digging. At the start of the rough version of Stand By Me (Noel vocals), you can here Noel messing around saying "What do ya want?, ya stupid woman! What do ya want?" then someone else says something like "blue rinse", then Noel replies "fuck it!, ya blue rinse!".
This is a reference to a character on Coronation Street who had a blue rinse in her hair, a quick Google search reveals it to be an actress called Jill Summers. Apparently she passed away in January 1997 - which makes absolute sense since they were recording BHN around this time. Noel must of heard about her death in the news and in his drugged state thought it would be funny to do that piss-take.

Wonderwall's acoustic intro chord progession is in the beginning of DYKWIM. I can't be the only one that noticed that.

It's even more obvious when you listen to an acoustic version.
Anyway, I think literally any Oasis fan knew this.
