I'm sure others have noticed these but thought I'd add them here anyway. A vibraslap can be heard springing away on the backing track of She's Electric... thanks to Tom S for pointing the name of this out. And an Ice Bell can be heard in the SACD mix of Champagne Supernova (it's noted in the tracking sheet for the song in the CD booklet of the MG reissue) The bell can be heard at 2.55 in the above video, and elsewhere in the track. That vibraslap video just turned me on

The SACD mix of Morning Glory (the song) has a different guitar solo at the fore of the mix in the outro. However, you can just barely hear the other, more familiar solo underneath. In addition, the second interlude (between MG and Champagne Supernova) is missing the excerpt of The Swamp Song. Was it not on the master tapes given to Neil Dorfsman when they asked him to do the 5.1 mix? I do remember him saying he had to add certain parts from the CD into the SACD mix (such a the cough at the end of Roll With It) because they were missing from the master tapes. Weird.

I'm still wondering what it is Noel says at the end of Force Of Nature I heard it was 'Ewok' somewhere. Not sure if its true or not, but he is a Star Wars fan! Really don't get the hate for that song, I think it's great.

Yeah, ha. Thinking about it, it could be a good question to ask Noel on Monday "Be warned" I personally don't think he's saying any real words, just: EeeeeeeWaaaahhh! If you listen to live versions it's no more obvious.

I'm pretty sure it's "iiiiin one" ('in one'), which is a catchphrase from Bullseye, a famous (in Britain at least) 80s TV gameshow based on the pub game darts. Noel's got form for this kind of this type of thing, having previously quoted "Jazz... Nice" from The Fast Show at the end of (I Got) The Fever.

"..and all the lights that light the way are blinding"
"..cast your words away upon the waves"
"..catch the silver sunlight in your hands"
All very similar melodies, almost as if they'd been written by the same person I guess.

"this could be the best day of our life" "catch the wheel that break the butterfly" same melodies as well The ones from the first post sound a lot like each other but to me the ones from the second don't.

I always thought it was 'D'youuuuuu want' as in what do you want. It was recorded for a Ray Winstone film. I now know that to be wrong, however. He's a huge fan of Peter Kay who does a bit on the whole "IIIIIIIIIIIIIIIN one' bit out of Bully

Whatever. I still prefer "Ewok". Just kidding.
Anyway, just had Mucky Fingers on, and at the very end, is that the intro of Those Swollen Hand Blues?

It is, wasn't it going to be the b-side to Mucky Fingers which was supposed to be released as the debut single off DBTT until Lyla came about? Sure I read that somewhere...somebody made a great single mix of them together but i've lost it in the swapping of laptops
