All this crap about the break up and this is the last tour is very typical mid tour oasis form...they are signed on 4 two more records and are just starting drama leading up 2 the stadium gigs! The fact of the matter is that if two people hate each other that much this would not be continuing for as long as it has. If u don't want 2 be so fuckin drained and bored mr noel then change up ur fuckin setlist once and awhile...honestly I love oasis but sometimes these two brothers fuckin kill it. On a sidenote I hope they come to toronto one last time first.lol Cheers

Why are you assuming that stopping tour means the band is going to break up? They can still produce albums without having to do 18 month world tours. In fact, we'd probably see more albums if they cut down on the touring.

There's some crazy journalist putting spin on it: stopcryingyourheartoutnews.blogspot.com/They're not going to arbitrarily split up, if they were going to they would have done it by done, and more specifically done it in the mid 90s

For what it's worth, they seemed to be having a great time with each other towards the tail end of the U.S. leg of the tour and the "Tales From The Middle Of Nowhere" tell an entirely different story than this journalist on SCYHO...As I recall, Noel said he was looking forward to this leg of the tour in a recent posting...

Like that scene in LDSMD where Liam & Noel are having an argument about Noel doing an interview with NME

Noel is slowly becoming a crotchity (sp?), cranky old man.

This is why I try not to listen to Noel interviews or read them anymore. His shtick is enjoyable sometimes, but other times i can't take it.

For once, I agree with you NL4E.

It's hardly exactly news if they are not spending time with each other while touring. They've fallen out plenty of times in the past and they've acknowledged loads of times that they've never been particularly close. As long as they can stand in the same room without punching each other then there's nothing to worry about.

I find it curious that you put '4' instead of for and then wrote out two when you could have just put '2'. Yes-- i'm bored.

they are signed on 4 two more records They run their own record company, do they not? So technically they can stop whenever they want to...they have no "label obligations" - just a distribution deal right?
