Just recently, I made a failed attempt to create a vcd using nero? I included 8 offical Oasis music videos, three of which playback perfectly? The remaining five have distorted audio for some odd reason? I tested everyone of the videos beforehand using windows media player and everything seemed fine? If anyone here would be so kind as to help me resolve this issue, I would greatly appreciate it. thank you in advance, supernova2009

I'm sorry that I can't help you out cos I don't know much about these things...but did you try to burn them once again? Maybe it'll work perfectly. I used to burn all my Oasis video's as VCD cos I didn't have a DVD burner in past (I do have it now). If you can burn them as DVD, try to do it.
I'm sure silvers or eva can help you out. Good luck!

same as mimmi always did myself vcds
the suggestion to burn again makes sense
also is there a checkbox along the lines of "check disc content before burning"? if so tick it, that may help
the only other thing i can come up with is what version of nero are you using? may be worth trying an earlier one? nero 8 causes me all sorts of probs but 7 is fine

Good luck! thanks for the vote of confidence, but I can't think of anything why some of them would have distorted audio even if they were ok when you tested them. I only tried once to burn a vcd, and the video quality was reduced a loooot somehow and it turned out liek shit so I never tried to do it again. I just burn them as data cd or dvd. maybe try what mimmi and mar said. good luck!
