My friend Chris Owyoung took these great shots from the photo pit at MSG. I count Chris as one of the best live music photographers I have the luck to work with. Check it out : onelouderphoto.com/2009/01/09/oasis/

Is he legally allowed to sell photos of them from his website? I've been not doing that for a long time because I thought it was illegal...?

I've been not doing that for a long time because I thought it was illegal...? it depends, it's different from show to show and the waivers they make you sign. Band Managements have more of an issue with photographers selling their shots to companies in the teeshirt , posters and memorabilia business.

Cool, thanks for the info mate - just wondering because I've only ever had to sign a waiver once - for an Offspring show. I'm wondering if maybe I can get away with selling some of my shots too from past shows. Hmm...
