Personally, I'm indifferent to it.
It's not as cheesy as I feared, but I do have some problems with it: A.) You can't really understand it, bar the last part of "not going to be there when I get back" B.) It opens them up to even more criticism as Beatles Wanna-be or whatever C.) It's unnecessary.
Does anyone like that part, or do most wish it was left out completely?
