Some of these are tenuous at best, others very accurate.
You can't blame Noel for Hung In A Bad Place, though.

You have to get inspiration somewhere. Every artist does. The difference between Noel and the others, is that Noel admits it! He didn't copy anything... he was inspired, and created classics out of old stuff he used to listen to. He is genius, face it. And I haven't listened to all your list there but I've checked some of them and I think some are a bit pointless...

Since this got brought up again, I don't think anyone has ever noticed this one.
Guess God Thinks I'm Abel - I wanna be your man (Beatles/Stones)
The melody is really similiar, just slowed down a lot.

The guy is just pointing out where Noel and the others got their inspiration, and the stuff they nicked. Noel always told everyone he nicked songs, this guy is only naming those songs. BTW. Stop Crying Your Heart Out - Again (Lenny Kravitz) - check out the chorus Edit: Mucky Fingers I'm Waiting for the Man - The Velvet Underground

It's only me or anyone also noticed that the Roll With it melody is very similar to Beatles A Hard's Day Night??

Out of Time - T-Rex - Broken-hearted Blues "This is a song, that I wrote when I was young, " The list is endless They don't sound anything alike, i think you can make almost any song sound like another in your head.

They don't sound anything alike, i think you can make almost any song sound like another in your head. not the whole song, only the opening line. Exactly. Not only are the opening lines not the same, but you could apply this to a million different songs. How many songs have the line 'I love you baby' that match exactly.

hahaha Kravitz. Priceless. Funny how a song can be similar but so much better.

The lyrics of Rockin' Chair are credited to Gallagher/Griffiths, too. But that is because The Real People helped out Oasis in the studio in the beginning...not because of pilfering right?

I have already posted here but is good to remember once again, the guitar solo of DLBIA is a rip off from Primal Scream's Damaged.

who is this clown? everyone on this forum knows that noel is heavily influenced and uses a lot of ideas from his musical heroes, but then makes it better. we dont need some sad dweeb analysing every single freaking song and looking through every rock/pop song in history to look for similarities. just how sad are you?

Its utterly ridiculous. Someone a few posts above has started comparing drum beats ffs.

Wait until people start comparing the accents! hahaha yeah, I think Liam stole the sound of the Lennon Glass Onion vocal when he sang My Big Mouth. And Noel stole the lyrics from hundreds of songs that had used the words 'shine', 'talk', 'the', 'to', 'why', before he had. The wanker.
