Just curious, which bands have you seen live? I've only seen a few since I only started seeing bands in the past year, and most of them I didn't intend to see. (Except Oasis, of course)
Oasis (BEST) Weezer (Great night, they sounded great and the audience was amazing!) The Killers Bloc Party (Incredibly boring) Jack's Mannequin Franz Ferdinand Death Cab for Cutie

Dream theater Herratik Virgin Black Double Dragon Kill For Satan Aeon of Horus Templestowe The Haunted Punishment Sleep Parade Myrtile vey Lorth (Tolkien location) Bushido (nothing to do with the US president) Behind Crimson eyes (boring stuff, half asleep by the end) Most of those are local/Aussie bands

Although I really love their songs and the album is really great, their live performance was rather poor I must say. White Lies, who's been supporting them were a good surprise. I really would love to see Frightened Rabbit and The Twilight Sad this year.

sword, you saw the stone roses, pil and u2 (6 times)! you are a lucky bastard! PIL supported James (famous Manchester band) at a huge outdoor show in 1992. John Lydon was bottled at most of the time. He took it very well. Stone Roses was in Liverpool 1995 (Second Coming Tour) Probably one of the best concerts i have ever been to. U2 i have seen them tour the UK on the Zoo TV, Zooropa, Popmart, Elevation and Vertigo. At the Elevation show in Manchester MEN Arena in 2001, Noel Gallagher was stood across from me down by the front of the heart shaped stage. At the end of the show Bono dedicated 'One' to Noel Gallagher. Best ever concert in Manchester!!!

They were supporting BRMC at a very small gig in Preston in 2004. Kasabian were outstanding for a small upcoming support act. It was clear they had something. I've not seen them since, but by all accounts they are a good act. This summers stadium shows will be great.

My Fiance saw them (I haven't yet but a supporting slot with Oasis would be amazing) - he goes on about how great they were live. He even went as far as saying that Kasabian's frontman is the best frontman out there today, apart from Liam Gallagher.

The loudest gig I've ever witnessed without earplugs ( Kasabian at Across the Narrows opening for Oasis) The bass turned your stomach upside down Frontman is cool as F#ck

I've seen them 3 times, Summer Sonic in Tokyo in 2005 and Paradiso and Summer Sonic 2007. They're a really good live band. I hope their new album will sound like the first album which was amazing.
