Calling them shit isn't exactly an insult coming from Noel; it's more of an acknowledgment of the band's existence (as well as a statement of fact). He says that about practically every band in the States. If he'd wanted to insult them, he'd have done it in his signature Noel Gallagher Insult fashion. And it would have been hilarious.
