I`m a little disappointed about the tour.Don´t get me wrong, not about the lads or the show,but.......playing in front of 6000 people in a big arena sucks!!!I think they should play smaller arenas in most of the cities in the staates!!!
What do you think???

it was an average tour 5 out 10. a lot of the newer fans on the board went nuts for it, which i guess is a good sing, i have seen them 15 times since 96 and i just felt it was somewhat boring, felt like i didn't miss a thing since 2005. but thats just me
it was good to see them again, hear the songs, nothing more nothing less. they sounded good.

The tour was okay, but like other people have said, I'd prefer to see them in a theatre as opposed to an arena. That's what they've been doing the last few tours, why fuck with it if it ain't broken? I hope that's what they decide to do when they come back through here again, but who the fuck knows Not that sales matter (to me, at least), but I don't get why they decided to play these huge arenas that they weren't going to sell out unless they had some sort of awesome huge ad campaign for the album.. which they didn't.

on the huge arena point, i think its just them kinda living up to their name. its like they are in their 40's in a band for 20 years almost, how long can they possibly keep playing these tiny venues. at some point you are either better then every other band and can play arenas or you are not. i just feel they need to be in big rooms.

Basically, the majority of the gigs consisted of this: Large Venues, Arenas, that aren't sold out Shit Audience (Not all, but compared to those UK gigs...it's calm) Oasis looking bored, apparently (which I did not notice)
And for the people who saw them for the first time, it was magnificent. I mean, I thought it was.

The Vegas gig was great, only chance I got to catch them. The Pearl is a great venue and the perfect size for Oasis. The crowd was great, great atmosphere, and the band seemed to have a good time.

I definitely am hoping they do return. Gotta come back to Vegas and do a smaller show, and I'll be there for sure. It was my 11th time seeing the boys, and i feel like an old geezer at the shows. I can't afford to get drunk at the venue most times. wish i had a "suite" at a show, with booze and ice cubes. The setlist is good, with Slide Away and Masterplan...but they need to ax Meaning of Soul and Ain't Got Nothing. i really want to hear some more DBTT stuff. Mucky Fingers, TUTS and Liam should insist....his best song ever....Guess God Thinks I'm Able!

GA is a must at an oasis show.

I think the tour would've done better sales wise with a bit more promo, a better economy and better weather. The east coast shows were basically sold out. MSG sold out and Camden and Fairfax looked to be more than 95% full...They also have to charge more because of the strength of the pound versus that of the dollar when they put tickets on sale. And of course when they were setting up the tour there may not have been smaller venues to book in the midwest anyway.
Performance and mood was top notch for the three shows I saw. Sound was great, stage show was great and I even dug the majority of merch that was available. Ryan Adams was a great opener. His palpable excitement to be opening for Oasis rubbed off on the crowd I thought at the Fairfax show in particular.

I thought it was a great tour. I think the DBTT tour was better, but only because I went to smaller venues. I liked the big crowd atmosphere on this tour as well (though not the ticket price), but I'm definitely looking forward to them coming back this spring.
