Keep getting this message: I know i may have a virus cos i keep getting Pop-Up's and my CPU sometimes crashes and my internet has been acting weird, i may have to take it for repair

Also happens on SOME Megaupload links and a couple of other sites...

seems like an issue with internet explorer - maybe try another browser to see if a major difference.

I was gonna say, not sure if helps but do yourself a favour anyway and sack IE and get Firefox. I changed about a year ago from IE and have honestly never used it again.

if your accessing from work they might have added some sites such as these to their firewall proxy

No it is from home, i have always been able to access them before. But now my CPU keeps crashing on the desktop screen without even loading the icons, so i may have to take it in for repair.
And if it can be repaired i will DL firefox cos i do hate IE sometimes

There was a recent security update that had to be intalled for IE issued by Microsoft a few days ago!

Now when i am on the internet, after so long this box comes up and i have to disconnect cos other pages won't load, anyone else come across this?

^that's a security bug. you should update your windows. install SP3 and all the security patches. also update your antivirus and run a complete scan. and if you keep having problems, install hijackthis, run a scan and post the log to see if there's anything weird in your system

windows updates are useful even if you're not using IE anymore, so try and do that as soon as you can
