Just got home from my first Oasis concert and it was everything i knew it'd be and more.. perfect. Liam sounded brilliant and they seemed so pumped. Had a smile on my face the whole show and sang along the whole time. Wanna here what you all thought? The A-game was brought imo. Sorry was drinkin the whole show but i'm just so giddy. i thought there was a shot at an encore to the encore there for a second..

You just made me even more excited - if that's even possible - for MY FIRST Oasis concert on Friday. I might have a beer or two during the gig, but both my friends im going with are still underage at 20 years old, so we'll see. But the thing with Oasis is that the music and love i have for this band gives me a sense of euphoria as is. I feel bad for my 2 friends, they're going to be listening to the music, while I sing back every word to every song in my untuned voice and bloody loving it. This band means so much to me, Friday is gonna be the best night of the year, bar none.

Was a brilliant gig imo as well, only during Champagne Supernova did Liams voice frog up somewhat but otherwise he sounded better than the few times I had heard him on the DBTT or HC tours. Noels guitar playing was ****ing mental, sooooooooo good and his amps were SOOOOOO loud. I thought the sound was the best I had heard in years actually, I could hear all of the band individually quite clearly and quite loudly. I was in heaven last night. Tooooooooooooooo ****ing right I was!

Awesome show. Liam was at the absolute top of his game, and when Liam's voice is great and he's feeling good (and clearly he was amped for this one), the rest of the band follow. I had made sure not to listen to any recordings from the tour before I went to the show, and I was blown away by a few of the tunes (the beautiful slow version of DLBIA especially). Totally worth the four hour drive from RI.

Last night was my first show also and I don't even know what to say. Obviously it was special for me but idk it just had this special feeling for everyone it seemed like. I keep reading about how they're so out of it and don't care. That was the furthest from last night. Gem and Noel even hugged at the end...which tells me it was pretty special to them too.
Btw, 2 pot brownies + a blunt + OASIS = EUPHORIA!!!!! (and little recollection :/)

Ya know what...it was awesome once, but next time I'd rather just remember everything than just get blitzed out of my skull. But needless to say blowing smoke up to the ceiling of MSG while Liam is singing "where were you while we were getting high?" is as close to nirvana as one could get (and i dont mean the band )

That's impressive. I haven't been to too many, though. Sounds like it was fun. Hope the next show's even better. This was my second Oasis concert I've seen and let me tell you it was a zoo at MSG. The two opening acts people were just arriving and everyone was sitting down relaxed. But after the short intermission before oasis came on the place was packed tight and there was a really great atmostphere brewing. When Oasis came on stage the place went totally mental and everyone stood up and stayed that way for the entire duration of the concert. Oasis really made a connection with the crowd with people dancing and singing along to every lyric. Let me just say that oasis was in top form all night long. The energy that came threw those speakers was spell binding. Though the set list has remained the same thew out their world tour it seemed obvious to me why Oasis keeps with this set list because it is such a great mix of classic and recent Oasis gems. The whole night was perfect and the crowd ate up every second. After the event it just reconfirmed my feeling that Oasis is truly the best and most important band in the world. A night to remember forever.
