I need help, please!

I have 4 iso files. They are named "*.iso.0", "*.iso.1", "*.iso.2" and "*.iso.3".

I think I'd be easy if they were all .rar files, but they're 4 iso files. I think I need to put them together into 1 iso file, but I don't know how?

Could I burn the four of them into 1 cd?
