And if it's with Weezer, it would probably be a co-headline thing like the 2001 tour with the Black Crowes so you are looking at shorter sets and possibly even more expensive tickets. that...... sucks. it doesn't help that Weezer also suck. what a random band.

Tonight, Dec. 17th, Madison Square Garden was just about sold out and rocking! Oasis were brilliant. The sound started out a bit on the muddy side (unable to clearly hear Andy's bass) but it steadily improved throughout the set. Liam's voice sounded great, although he struggled a tiny bit on I'm Outta Time. Noel was awesome. After The Masterplan ended, I commented to the guy sitting next to me: "That performance of that song was worth the price of admission...utterly brilliant!" The show only improved from that point on with close to twenty thousand singing every word of Wonderwall, DLBIA, and Champagne Supernova. The last time I enjoyed myself that much at a Madison Square Garden concert was when I saw John Lennon's afternoon show back on Aug. 30, 1972. The band seemed genuinely moved by the audience reaction. I'm anxious to hear what they had to say about the show, and I hope somebody has a decent recording of it. Just as an aside, I must say that Chris Sharrock is an awesome drummer. After seeing and hearing him live, I don't miss Zak at all. In all, a phenomenal night at the world's most famous sports arena with a phenomenal band, Oasis!
