Yes, it's cold here and I hate it too. We can't all pick up and move to California, don't I wish... however right now I'm truly in the best place in North America economy-wise... I can actually afford to go see Oasis next year if they come back... lol.

I know Minneapolis has a decent music scene (The Replacements, Husker Du come to mind). Other than that, I can't imagine why someone would want to live there. Unless you have an obsession with ice-fishing... great post by noel, I agree.

I grew up in LA but I live in Michigan now. I hate the weather, but I have all of my family and friends here. I wouldn't leave unless they left with me. The summer and spring is very livable though. Anyways, the climate Michigan has is very similar to Englands so I don't know what he is talking about.
