I have always wanted this, and I cannot wait. Love all Noel sung tunes, absolutely cannot wait for him to give us 11-12 new ones.

I'm saying no for the time being. Not until Oasis goes on a break or something. Let's focus on Oasis. Either way he will be saving some tunes up!

Honestly, i don't really care. Put it this way, I'll be disappointed if what I hear turns out to be oasis songs. Know what I mean? It'll be like, why weren't these songs put on the next Oasis record (assuming the solo album comes next, followed by an oasis record).
But if its something different, say a real blues based rock album with some great acoustic songs, then I wouldn't be upset. Because that isn't something that could fit on an Oasis album.

instead of a solo album, i think he would lean more toward doing some kind of collaboration with Paul Weller

Neil youngs noels hero. I imagine something acoustic like that. Which would be cool and new.

Noel has plenty of heroes
Niel Young, Springsteen, Lennon Weller
I don't know what to expect, but as I said - no Noel until Oasis disbands.....

Well if he ever goes solo, do you think he'll go by himself without any musicians and doom us with endless acoustic songs And if so what do you think of it?

He said that he'll do it with songs that Oasis can't really use anymore, just because they've been forgotten or they never get a chance to use them. So it'd probably contain a bunch of lost gems from the entire time Oasis existed. But we've been told that next album goes around "I Wanna Live In A Dream (In My Record Machine)" and "Come On It's Alright." So I think a Noel solo album would be nice, just to get more songs. Hell, I don't care as long as we get more songs out of him.
