The fact that the lead singer has no passion and could care less about the song, especially singing it live, do you want to hear it live now?
The fact the Liam doesnt even want to sing it makes me not WANT to hear him sing it.
I don't want to hear someone going 'through the motions.'
I'm old!!!

Yep, I was actually thinking about this today, and I've got to say: It really haven't sounded this good since '96.
I'm also really glad they decided to play it semi acoustic, instead of fully electric. I was really tired of the electric version now.

I agree it should be placed acoustic but it's just so boring and ploddy lately, haha. It needs some more strings!

Sorry NYR.. I have several HC era bootlegs and I stand by my statement. Even when Liam's voice is not 100%, he gives it everything. That is enough for me.

Well Hindu Times sounds great, and so does Better Man. However, it is SCYHO and BOADC that are absolute disasters. Much like how LTBL would sound if it were played live.
But more to the point - Wonderwall is a great song. I think that if it came out of the setlist it'd be a bit strange, but perhaps they could put in on the shelf for one tour - much like Live Forever, and then we'll appreciate it more when it comes back.
And yes, it is sounding better now that it has since 97-98

What are you on about?
Wonderwall at the Electric Proms:
Liam is on TOP TOP form there. And the crowd love it. And that's what makes the gigs - the crowd. If they're into it, then it's gonna be immense regarldess of Liam. I hope the Philadelphia fans are up for it on December 19th - just over 2 weeks now! COME ON

That is enough for me. fair enough. there's no doubt that he gives it his all, but when your voice craps out on you, nothing can save it. a+ for effort though. i guess we'll agree to disagree. i'll let you guys know how wonderwall sounds live when i see the lads tonight! ;D
