This is the question that Oasis fans can't understand. Oasis will never change the setlist. Things that disappear from it aren't likely to return We aren't even going to hear Gas Panic!, Stand By Me, or The Hindu Times again....... We all thought that about Slide Away to didn't we? Never say never. On a second note, I'm really glad that so many people wan't to hear The Hindu Times again. They should start to play it again.

Don't Look Back In Anger (acoustic) is brilliant, but they could play some other songs in there as well. Maybe they shouldn't drop it, but they could certainly play some other semi-acoustic ones in that slot as well. Falling Down is a great song, but doesn't work live at all. They should just drop it. I know Noel's really proud of it but it's boring and the vocals are pitiful. They could play several other songs there. What a good laugh. I agree with the first paragraph, but you really need to re-think the second. My current setlist is: 1. Rock 'n' Roll Star 2. Lyla 3. The Shock of the Lightning 4. Cigarettes and Alcohol (full step down) 5. Acquiesce (full step Down) 6. To Be Where There's Life 7. Waiting For The Rapture 8. The Masterplan 9. Im Outta Time (it could be step down) 10. Columbia 11. Slide Away 12. Ain't Got Nothing 13. The Importance of Being Idle 14. (Get Off Your) High Horse Lady (Soundcheck) 15. Wonderwall 16. My Big Mouth 17. Supersonic Encore: 18. Falling Down 19. Don't Look Back In Anger (acoustic) (or anything of STC tour) 20. Live Forever (step down definitely) 21. Champagne Supernova 22. I Am The Walrus // Helter Skelter (Soundcheck) 23. Solder On (Ending Tape)

If they play High Horse, that would be a fucking four minute waste of time live.

Maybe High Horse would fit better in at a Noel solo acoustic show? I think it wouldn't work at an Oasis concert, because it would definitely slow the pace way too much down. Songs like The Masterplan and Songbird are better for that.

Lyla isnt one of my favourite Oasis songs at all BUT its superb live and one major reason why they have it normally as the 2nd song. Really gets the crowd going.

Cigarettes and Alcohol (full step down) Songs should never be played in a lower key from the original. Just sing it properly, or play something else.

Sorry, but I don't agree with that man.... are you saying that Some Mght Say and DYKWIM? weren't good in the HC tour? the setlist was awesome because it had those songs... and also, Noel plays DLBIA and Slide Away in a lower key acoustically, and they sound FUCKIN' BRILLIANT.... now, considering that Liam can't handle a lot of songs, I think it should be a great way to perform some old stuff... a lot of bands do that... I don't if you are one of those U2 haters but I like it, and they sound awesome live and most songs are played half a tune down, such as One, Sunday Bloody Sunday and Pride....

High Horse is dog-shit I would rather listen to New Kids on The Block cover Wonderwall than that!
The Turning needs to be in the set-list and stop doing I Am The Walrus...that song should've been left when they did.

I have read in the past that Noel doesn't like to change the set list for their shows because if he was a fan he wouldn't want the band to play something one night and then not the other. From a standpoint of a fan he had said that it would piss him off.
Here's the fucking issue. If they don't want to change the set list fine, but why the hell do they repeatedly fuck up their set lists for their tours in the first place? Most of us in here are huge Oasis fans, and most of us know that "The Turning" is one of the best songs if not the best on the DOYS for example and it will never be played live. They will play The importance of Being Idle or Cigs and Alcohol for the 4000th time!

The Turning doesn't have enough guitar in it to sound good live. It'd be really empty, and if they tried to make it into a song that would be played live, it would be ruined. Listen to the song, there is almost no guitar in the verses.

Thought it was the best live version of Shock of The Lightning I've heard too.
Didn't think I'm Outta Time was as good as Electric Proms though.
