They could have at least put actual songs like BWTB, or even the great alt versions of The Turning or WFTR, even though most of us have the bonus disc. At least there not remixes. But obviously i would prefer 'new' b-sides but guess we'll have to wait for the next album. LOL

IF we had 2 live tracks on each of these singles some of you fake oasis wankers would moan saying you have em as you DOWNLOAD all the free bootlegs,some of you's aint real fans anyway.There's definitely a reason why there's no new tracks for b-sides.I would prefer new b-sides myself like the rest of ya but complaining dont change anything. go & buy take that Could you define what a real Oasis fan is? I'm just dying to be one! i'll put it another way,if stop the clocks or record machine were b-sides most of ya would still moan saying,we've got these already. ALSO for most of ya moaning about the b-sides why not buy the fuckin albums as most of ya just download em?  |

I'm moaning about the b sides and i've bought every single/album Oasis have done.
I wouldnt moan if it was record machine or stop the clocks as these are 'new' songs , not a bunch of songs on an extra cd on some over the top expensive boxed set . Again i buy everything Oasis have done but stopped at the ridiculous 50 quid bundle which included records which i wouldnt ever (or cant) use. Takes the piss.
You KNOW Oasis were always famous for their great b sides so thats why its a huge letdown that they dont seem bothered anymore despite '5000 great songs' done by Noel already which they havent included on an album.
Oasis are known for their great tunes (still happening), being great live (totally happening) and famous for their b sides as theres been epic ones in the past. Just sad whats happening now. Dont get me wrong things could be worse (Crap latest album, bad on tour), i love all the positive Oasis stuff going round at the moment from critics/fans etc but just a shame about their b sides.

I think it's partly laziness and partly not wanting to put new songs out in the ailing/dying/dead [delete as applicable] single format. HOWEVER: For a band famed for their great B-sides it's a pretty shitty state of affairs. |

I've always stuck up for Oasis and their albums/songs/Liam etc but this just seems to be lazy written all over it. I'll still buy the singles but will be gutted theres no decent b sides.
Wouldnt be so bad if Noel didnt constantly go on about the 5000 songs he has which were left off the album.
Yeah cd singles are dying a death but its a shame to us collectors, i would have loved to have bought Lord dont slow me down but i'm not buying a digital only format. I'll happily pay a few quid more to get a simple sleeve and cd.

The way i see this IS does im outta time deserve to be number 1?? fuckin yeah it does,ok fuck the b-sides.This is there best album since morning glory without a doubt BUT will be the first album since definitely maybe to not have a number 1.TSOTL should've been number 1 for 3-4 weeks imo,this album has at least 6 good singles that should be released.If I'm outta time dont reach number 1 there's no way falling down will. I think Oasis having number 1 singles means more than what the b-sides are.I have the minited edition of DOYS the remixes are ace,i do prefer new b-sides but im just happy having more oasis cd singles for my collection,This isn't a huge deal. If people dont buy cd singles like they used to then maybe it's not a bad thing. some people register here then post ''can you upload me'' etc etc a fuckin list of 30-40 b-sides? ? All im saying is for any true fan here you should buy the singles because they're worth it & unless you've all not been on ebay recently you'll see in years to come these cds will be worth loads. Although i'll never part with mine  |

Although i'll never part with mine Totally agree, dont get me wrong i 'might' download tunes from other artists but my favourite bands i ALWAYS buy the originals. Granted i cant wait so i download the leaked version but again i 100% buy the album once its out. It would have been good if some demos from the DOYS sessions were included, like Noel mentioned a demo in the DOYS DVD for Bag It Up, or Noel singing TSOTL, instead of these rather pointless remixes...

What ever happened with the "You'll Be Crashing When You Burn" song from the LDSMD DVD? thats what I'd like to know. It was good little tune I thought, I'd have liked to have heard that in full.

Hey i know what you mean i just meant though that there are people who wont even buy the old cd singles which have all the great b-sides like let's all make believe,rockin chair,cum on feel the noize etc.... i download live gigs of oasis because there's no chance they'll ever release more than 5 concerts of em within the next 50 years.But original material should be bought by the fans. |
