From oasisnet.com: Oasis to play Amsterdam
21 October 2008
Oasis have just added a Dutch date to their biggest ever European Tour. The band have announced they will be playing the Heineken Music Hall in Amsterdam on the 21st January 2009
Tickets go on sale Saturday the 1st November at 10.00am (local time) through www.livenation.nl or by telephone on 0900 1010 2020 (45ct p.m.)
Oasis last played the HMH in November 2005. On that occasion the tickets sold out within hours of going on sale so fans are advised to get their tickets early.

Out of all the gigs this is THE ONE, I really wanted to go to...Almost as if I was coming home. I would LOVE to see Oasis in Amsterdam almost just as much as wanting to see them in Manchester.

Believe me when I say I WISH, thats a dream location for me!!!!! An ABSOLUTE dream, I mean, Oasis IN AMSTERDAM...I could not have a better fuckin time! but, making a dual journey across the Atlantic, in this crap US recession? I'll save my feria ($$) for summer in Manchester, then I might just pop over there for a day or two whilst Im in the Uk. |

I hope that it is as easy going as in 2005. I walked very easy to the first row, was just in front of Gem. Try to be on the other side this time. but first Tickets!!!!!! Can't wait!!! Lets forget about Christmas this year and go straight to 21 January.

It was amazing! it was the first time for me to see oasis,
im a fan since wonderwall so that was magical. the performance and audience were
outstanding. so excited to see them in january!

yeah!!! i think i'm going to amsterdam, too  i come from cologne by train....only 3 hours. do you think the gig would be sold out on a first day??? i can't be near my pc on the 1st of november... i can only book later that day... do you know any locations to go...my train back is in the morning. thanks |

I could have gone to Dusseldorf as it's only 2 hours by a train from where I llive, but I had my hope that they would come to A'dam. |

The gig in 2005 was my first too. I became a fan only a month before the gig. Asked for tickets on tvtext and went.I live 20 min. away from amsterdam. I stood in front of Gem.Great concert!!!. My husband went to the concert in 1997. We 've got a cd from that concert, I play it all the time. I try to get the tickets by phone now. My husband is now at the post office and my daughter at the free record shop. so I've got 3 options.
