Just the other day, right, i was getting their Zanzibar gig cos i accidentally delete the original file. Anywho, i was on rapidshare trying to D/L it but it said after i pressed the free-users button it said "i've reached my limit" and wait 15 minutes. Has anyone else been getting this or has this just started on that website?

I'm here in America, by the way and for a year now i've been getting gigs without any of that but it just started showing now

yeah it happens all the time to me i think it does it cos your using to much 'free' bandwidth, it doesnt mean you cant download just you gotta wait a while so the people who have paid to use the service continue to be able to download at full speed.

p.s. the zanzibar gig, where is that download link cos i really want to hear it.

lol I think stepout and me moved this at the same time and it got duplicated.

I'm getting the speed limit too, it's been happening for a couple of weeks. it can be kinda of annoying. I understand it when you download a lot but it also happens after downloading a 5Mb file

I always get it that I have to wait an hour or some shit but I simply disconnect my internet and then reconnect and it works fine.

Another way is to install Hotspot shield:

It gives your PC an American IP adress, and in addition to giving you access to 'American-only' websites/online movies, it also gives you an extra download-ticket at Rapidshare (first download with your standard IP adress til you get the message 'wait for 15 minutes', then enable the shield and you're good to go - at least in my case).
