At least i got a shirt now. |

ok I managed to get the shirt back when this thread started....yet now I get an email saying it is on back order and should be dispatched "within 30 days". lol awesome

It's strange that not everyone's first order was canceled. Every email we got prior to today said that those orders would be cleared out of the system and replaced with the new ones. My order never got registered in the first place, so maybe that's why my replacement went more smoothly. The new one only mentions processing problems:
Still no idea what this shirt looks like, but at least it looks like it's on the way.

It's been six days and I haven't even gotten the "we've sent your shirt" confirmation email, despite the claim that my shirt was in stock as of the day it was ordered. Anyone else gotten that email yet?

nope, i just got the e-mail saying that it should come in 5-7 days, but never got an e-mail saying that it was actually sent out. Weird, today is the 6th day since i got that e-mail so according to that e-mail it should be here by tomorrow, but i dont know if it actually shipped or not...

Dont think I got an email. I forget. I did it the day this thread was created so I was one of the first to get a code. The shirt comes in a flat cardboard box. The shirt is really nice! Good material. I wore it last night when I went to see Saw5

i haven't gotten an email yet. they want me to give them the old code, but i don't have it anymore. i deleted it when they said i'd be getting a new one. they have my emails on file though!

P.S. I am very disappointed in your customer service. I have been intimidated in a previous correspondence and led to absolutely nowhere, all the while spending hundreds (possibly thousands) of dollars on your artists. If this continues to happen, I will have no choice but to discontinue buying your label's products.
