Well on Rock Band, my order from easiest to hardest goes...
Rock N Roll Star Live Forever Don't Look Back in Anger Wonderwall
I fail Wonderwall sometimes. I can do Rock N Roll Star pretty much perfect except for "I live my life in the city", thats a tough line.

If you're talking about any Oasis song, I'd say The Importance of Being Idle because the whole song is practically sung falsetto and Don't Look Back in Anger. TIOBI is one of the few songs where I recall Noel saying he has to prepare himself for it live and he can actually sing.
For Liam-sung songs, I'd say Slide Away, Don't Go Away, Lyla, and To Be Where There's Life. The main reason I say TBWTL is because the notes are held for so long and he doesn't do it in the live versions.

falsetto is pretty easy so i think IOBI isn't too hard. i think the chorus to acquiesce can be really difficult. slide away for sure. live forever cause it's pretty relentless on your voice. rockin chair can be hard

Therefore, I'd imagine it has to be harder than most of the others. But I totally forgot about Rockin' Chair, which is unbelievable because it's one of my favorites. That one definitely has to be up there. I don't think Live Forever is that tough. I know a couple of friends who acoustically perform it a lot and they have no trouble and they're amateurs. They do a good job too.

I was going to say Rockin' Chair actually but changed my mind, if you hear the few times Liam's sung it live he pretty much has to scream the entire thing. I find pretty much all Oasis songs hard to sing though. They're all sung at a higher range than I'm comfortable with. To the person above who said Live Forever isn't that tough, are you sure you're singing it at exactly the same pitch? I often find myself singing it in tune, but only relatively.

About a year ago I attempted Don't Look Back in Anger, and I though "Shit, this is not going to work", Wonderwall, Stand by Me, Talk Tonight...are pretty easy. I improved DLBIA, and I can sing Cigarettes and Alcohol, and I usualy play Live Forever in a slower tempo, and use clean stile vocals on the verse and "harhar" stile vocals on the chorus....similar stile to Noel & Kelly Jones when they played Live Forever.
