It depends what you mean. If you already have the artwork then what you need to do is when you connect your iPod to your computer, select the music category at the top of the page, then tick the box "display album artwork on your iPod" then select apply. It should work after that. Or if you go to the album you want the artwork on, select all (Ctrl+A), right click, then select "get info". Next you want to get the picture you want and drag it the box where it says artwork and then press ok. Let me know how you get on.
