I quite like this version, The one on the album is better, but Noel singing it is really good too. I like em both

Agree, I am a fan of this version, not better for the album by any means, but I think it would make a solid B-side if they plan on just using remixes and such. But then again, I think Noel could sing a Madonna song and I'd probably say it was good, I know I'm too partial to the Noel vox, but this alt version is great I think.

i think the alternate one is ok... i definately prefer the original tho.
I think the alternate is cooler than a lot of the remixes on the bonus disc tho... some of those were kinda disappointing for me

yeah, remixes are for rappers and the hip hop people. Rock n Roll should not be remixed. Give me an actualy fucking song, a REAL B-side and quit being lazy Oasis. The Bonus CD features only 2 studio new songs, BWTB and IBIA, We already heared LDSMD and the remixes are crap and they arent even arranged by the band.
Whatever happened to the days where Oasis put out killer B sides, and put out a couple good b sides on a song alone!

Whatever happened to the days where Oasis put out killer B sides, and put out a couple good b sides on a song alone! Word. We used to get all kinds of greatness from B-Sides, now I would give anything for just one Full On, Angel Child, (As Long As They've Got) Cigarettes In Hell, Step Out, or even a solid cover.

Err, maybe not Full On, but I see where you're coming from.

I'm a massive fan of The Turning but this version kinda of let me down... Noel doesn't sound too good during the verses, and the chorus is only ok... the piano solo is great though, but still the album version is a million times better IMHO

Full On is one of my favorite Oasis songs, period. I see that isn't too paralleled on here, but for a few of you, including Oasis39 who seems to be my best friend on this thing since we've agreed on everything in the past few weeks.
But on a side note, I've been listening and playing Noel's first Let There Be Love demo (It's A Crime) and its unreal. It won't let me put down my guitar. I know I've discussed this in the past on here, cause I've loved it since first listen, but what are your guys' thoughts on it?

Let There Be Love is an amazing song, I cant belive it gets so much shit on this board. I would give my left nut to write a song like that! The piano, Noels accoustic strumming, the vocal melody and the middle part where Noel sings, its a great song. It is a fun song to sit around with your guitar and play

It's a good song, but Noel could have emphasized and put more vocal power going into the chorus.
