I've been mentioning this show aswell as others for months, but here's a little more info. Word from the promoter is tickets for the 12/17 show will go on-sale on October 3rd. Not sure about a pre-sale, although I'm sure there'll be one.
2nd show will be added if this one sells out quickly.

yea my finals end at 4:30 on Dec 17 there is no way i can make it to NYC in time, i can make it on Dec 18 though so i hope the first night sells out super fast  |

NO!!! my final exams end on the 18th!!! same with me!! haha... but ill be taking the risk of getting the tickets and hopefully i wont have any tests that day!!! |

stomko - do you know if the front section will be GA or will they use sections 1 - 4 like they did at the MSG show in June 05? I went to the Interpol gig at MSG and they used GA and it was beyond awesome. Kind of hoping Oasis does the same...

Don't know, I can ask next week. They picked out their floor plan a couple weeks ago.
I imagine it'll be the same set up as last time. Across Canada all the arenas for the Oasis shows were assigned seating.

Hate to say it but MSG sucks when they have floor seats. Unless yer within the first 5 rows then yer better off one level up by the sides of the stage. The floor is all flat so if yer not that tall or some tall dude happens to be infront of you then yer view sucks.
We had 10th row for the last MSG gig and I could barely see Liam...Thank God I sneaked my way to the front by the baricades...Ended up infront of the speakers by Gem and boy was I deaf afterwards! ;D

I was at their first MSG gig - legendary in my opinion. I have been waiting for another gig there, fantastic venue for an Oasis concert.
The 17th is the day after my girlfriends birthday - hopefully I can surprise her with some tickets and a trip back to NY (we are in Virginia now unfortunately haha)

Is it likely they be doing other arena shows in the US? NY is too fucking far for a Tuesday or Wednesday...
