I was at the Weller show last night. The band were hanging in the VIP section and watched the Rifles set. I wandered over and Liam saw me peering into the VIP area. He just waived at me so I naturally just waved back (a fun moment to say the least). Jay Darlington, Chris and Andy were holding court as well. The crowd was much older and the band was pretty much let alone. Very cool vibe…
Great night all around. Gem joined Weller for Echoes Round the Sun. Liam came on stage for 3 seconds and said something but as usual god only know what he actually said. He was introducing the last song I guess…changingman. Weller was great and it was fun to see Oasis out and about. That said I did not see Noel at all so he must have been laying really low. Who knows…
