armstrong refuses to retest the 1999 urine samples. this guy is one the greatest drug cheats ever. period. we have all the proof, but the tour doesn't have the balls to deny his titles, wich i can understand, because they could in fact pack in the whole event with having 7 years corrected (not even mentioning the drivers on second with jan ullrich an joseba beloki - two other drug cheats).
plus: the spanish authorities quit investigating one of the greatest doping scandal in the history of sports by letting fuentes go (and giving back hundreds of blood samples without any dna-testing...).
