"Pass Me Down the Wine" was released in 2005 as Liam-penned b-side to The Importance of Being Idle:
Now listen to Falling Down again:
Don't you think that the intro sounds alike?

Shit man, you killed my buzz, that really cheapens the feeling once you think about nearly the exact same chords. Still listenable though.

The more I've heard PMDTW I've disliked it a bit less. It's no match for Noel's classic period b-sides (few songs are) and the lyrics are faintly ridiculous but the chorus harmonies are quite compelling. As a b-side it's better than nothing - apparently what we're getting for the TSOTL single b sides.

Fuck there is quite a resemblance, although Pass Me Down The Wine is the better song in my opinion, and my favourite DBTT b-side (not that there were very many).
