is anyone on here good with firewalling/port forwarding?
i had no probs until my bittorrent client vuze (azureus) started playing up so i uninstalled and reinstalled
now i show as firewalled on my laptop but NOT on my desktop-both run off a wireless home router
have checked and double checked ports are open in my router and my laptop but it still says firewalled
ANY HELP APPRECIATED IF YOU CAN PM ME

yes. never had a problem I used azureus and then tezza recommended me utorrent and it works much faster. also you can choose what to download and it won't save all the disk space for the complete d/l but for whatever you selected.

portforward.com/ is a pretty useful site too. It'll help you become 'connectable' (if you aren't already) so you can download even quicker.
