I don't think he'd wan't to admit he has it and then deal with the deluge of demands that he release it or describe the tracks.
If I had it with no intentions of releasing it, I'd keep my mouth shut...

While I agree with the premise of this original post, I don't think it's fair to drag Webby into this mess. It wouldn't surprise me if Webby has the album, after all, he was able to get inside knowledge about the tracklisting, but it's not fair to bring him into this. If he has the album, he's been silent for a reason. And while LDNMD may be finally right on this aspect, he doesn't exactly have the credibility to make such a claim.
If Webby has it, and wants to leak it - then let him do it on his own time.
If Webby has it, but doesn't want to admit it or leak it - then that's fine and understandable.
But lets leave Webby out of this (Unless he intentionally becomes involved) . Cheers.
