Hey everyone,
I have been viewing the forums for a long time now but have never posted anything until now...
So I figure it's my time to jump into it...
Does anyone think that since the Outro for The Shock Of The Lightning was released earlier, and today the Intro was released..Could they tease us more by releasing the chorus next?
Almost seems like putting a puzzle together until we finally get the entire song...

The song gets airplay in 16 days.... i can wait I agree. It's a good sign when Oasisinet starts putting out some news, they just might be gearing up for some more. Once that happens there will (hopefully) be plenty of things to keep us occupied instead of itching for a leak that may never happen...

I was driving home from work and for the first time Bookie (102.1 The EDGE) played the outro to TSOTL as a teaser. They don't have the full song yet, or they would leak it. Usually radio stations will get singles two weeks prior to play, so when that happens, it will leak. By the calendar that means it could leak as early as next week. Fingers crossed - it's gonna leak soon!!!

My morning commute is like maybe 15 min. On the way to work this morning they played DLBIA, then the TSOTL clip on the way home. So ya, lots of airplay, all the time.
Bookie is a huge fan - wouldn't surprise me if he leaks it early...

The only station i've ever heard oasis on is a local college station But they get fairly consistent airplay there

Ya the Edge has been playing Live Forever, Wonderwall, DLBIA and Champagne Supernova a lot in the past few months.

It's almost like oasis management is reading these forums and purposely dropping teasers just to stir things up even more....

They play quite alot of Oasis. I've heard Rock n' Roll Star, Supersonic, Cigarette's & Alcohol, Morning Glory, Wonderwall, Don't Look Back in Anger, Champagne Supernova, Go Let It Out, Lyla and Lord Don't Slow Me Down on there. Even though you could play a song anytime you wanted, it's always nice to hear it on radio

FNX in Boston plays Oasis all the time. Paul Driscoll- the program director- is a huge fan... and great guy. Bought me and bro Stellas one night when he was DJing at some bar, all the while talking Oasis. Good night out.

Apparently the chorus is the really catchy. (Even the wisdom-blessed reviewers at Rolling Stone said that.)

Is there an article from Rolling Stone saying anything about it?

Lithium 24 on Sirius satellite radio plays them quite a bit as well. It's a 90's alternative station, so it's mostly stuff from the first three albums. But there's still nothing like the little shot of adrenaline you get when you hear it on the radio
