And it really seems like they1've done the video!! i mean, i'm not sure about all animated cover images but there's one shot of Liam singing it with that ridiculous haircut!! Yeah, I can just imagine the shock on the directors face when he walked in. "Fuck me...oi runner, dim the lights and fetch me a smoke machine."

I'd like to see the look on those few who doubted Oasis earlier this summer. For the record, I never actually 'doubted' them. I never will. I simply said that Oasis would have to release something special to top Viva La Vida, and it's looking like that's what they're going to do. Now let's not make this into yet another Oasis vs Coldplay thread. The two bands aren't mutually exclusive; from the way people talk on here you'd think it was 1996 and the Britpop wars all over again.

I kinda like it although Liam's vocals sounded a bit over-produced which is a shame. Suppose it's a necessity though these days.

just from the opening I can tell this is rockier than anything on HC or DBTT. I love those albums but name something from them that has this edge to them like this.

The Hindu Times? Hung In A Bad Place? Turn Up The Sun?

The Hindu Times? Hung In A Bad Place? Turn Up The Sun? anything on HC lacked any edge for me. even those tunes. Turn Up The Sun was rocky but its kinda at that mid tempo. I guess I should say like a punky rocker. Cos Lyla and others are rocky but they don't have the quicker tempo.

Sounds quick with a great hook, you know the part where Liams sings 'Come In Come Out Tonight'
It'll sound top live.

WOW! Just... WOW! This song is GREAT! I'm still smiling and I've heard it about 50 times... I was wondering how this song would sound, and it blew me away!
"I'm all over my heart's desire, I feel cold but I'm back in fire Out of control, but I'm tired of chat Come in, come out tonight!"

To me is sounds like "out of control, but i'm tied up tight." That does sound more like it, song sounds mega, nice tempo, good vocals and overall just a more modern sound but yet also more of an early Oasis sound

I'm not convinced by Liams voice; he sounds just like the way he does on the DBTT demo's, which might mean that he's gonna sound the same live as in the DBTT tour. It didn't get worse, but it didn't improve either, it's just not good enough in my opinion (on the album it is, but I fear for the gigs). But we'll see.
