Carlos Sastre is the virtual winner of the Tour de France The aussie Evans, who said some days before that he'd be the winner, finished 7th on today's time-trial and couldn't reach the spaniard. It's the third consecutive year that a spaniard wins Le Tour (Pereiro, Contador and now Sastre). And Roland Garros is Nadal's playground. Sorry frenchies, we've conquered you ;D ;D www.guardian.co.uk/sport/2008/jul/26/tourdefrance.cycling

you know i dont feel like arguing... as far as i can remember, le tour de france was always a pain in the ass and always tainted with drugs scandals there's no need to argue, cyclism isn't as famous as football, but it's broadcasted on tv every year. and the tour is considered the best race in the world. I'm just proud cos spanish sportmen are winning important competitions like the tour or roland garros And frenchie aren't ;D

The US...well I've noticed before they only like winning, they don't like sport It's rather ironic that Evans said the Dalai Lama is his great hero; at the same time he's being very agressive towards the media, he even headbutted a camera So I'm pleased with Sastre winning the tour, Spain is pretty strong in terms of sport this year
