yeh from alot of interviews i can make out that noel came back off holiday an alan had been given the boot by liam.at the end of the day alans gone yes a quality drummer he is,but you would not have heard the heavy sounds on this new album and dbtt wouldnt have sounded how it did.listen to the tsotl an say my big mouth on record, now although it sounds mega,it still would sound better with a pounding beat instead of all the fills ere there an everywhere.

it may seem cowardly but if he couldnt be arsed with turning up for meetings why should they be arsed facing him? EXACTLY.

One side of the story? Noel has repeatedly said he was let go because "he couldn't be arsed to show up to a meeting". As I've said about 40 times before, that's hypocritical and to not even have the decency to tell him themselves...sad really. For the amount of BS that Alan had to deal with resulting from the gallagher's collective behavior over the years they could've had the balls to tell him themselves that he was fired. Yeah. Agreed. Liam didn't bother showing up at MTV Unplugged, he's walked off tours, and now we learn that he doesn't even sing on Wednesdays! There has to be something deeper to the story.... Liam doesnt sing on Wednesdays?? explain....

Liam doesnt sing on Wednesdays?? explain.... Surely what he meant is that, Wednesday is Liams day off.

To be honest, Noel and Liam should have had the dececy to tell him face to face and it is pretty cowardly and hypocritical, because them two had done much worse things before Alan White did. He was an excellent drummer - I mean just listen to Don't Look Back In Anger.
